AI automation help for people in Bangalore (Bengaluru)

Todkett is based in Bangalore. If you are building workflows here or anywhere in India, the GST e-invoice reporting limit and the DPDP Rules belong in the design from the first draft. This page shows how.

A 30-minute call in the overlap hours below, about one task. You leave with a straight answer and a next step.

01Meeting hours

We keep Bangalore hours.

Same clock, same day. IST has no daylight saving, so our hours and yours never drift apart.

Overlap: 10:00 to 18:00 IST, the whole working day, every day.

02Local rules

Indian rules that change how a build works

Each rule shows its source and the day we checked it against that source.
  1. 01

Since 1 Apr 2025, businesses with turnover of INR 10 crore and above cannot report an e-invoice to the IRP more than 30 days after its date.

03Worked example

Example: the 30-day e-invoice reporting limit

One workflow walked end to end, for a business common in Bangalore. Made up, and labeled as such.
  1. 01

A Bangalore distributor with turnover above INR 10 crore raises an invoice dated 1 Mar.

  2. 02

A rule computes the last day it can be reported to the IRP: 31 Mar, 30 days after the invoice date.

  3. 03

A daily run lists every invoice not yet reported that is within 5 days of its limit, for a person to act on.

Example route, drawn as track, in order:

  1. Trigger: Invoice raised, dated 1 Mar
  2. Rule step: Last day to report: 31 Mar
  3. Rule step: Daily check: 5 days or less to go?. If not: No: checked again tomorrow
  4. Person step: A person reports it to the IRP
  5. Arrives at: Reported to the IRP
Example on made-up data, drawn as track. Not a recorded run.

05Beyond Bangalore

Working across India

People in other Indian cities work with us the same way as people in Bangalore: calls in IST, the same GST reporting limit and the same DPDP Rules in every design.

So there is no separate page for each city. The laws and the time zone do not change between them, and a page that only swapped the city name would tell you nothing new.

08Questions

Questions from people in Bangalore

Can a workflow help with the 30-day e-invoice reporting limit?

Yes. A rule can compute each invoice's last reporting date from its date and list the ones close to the limit for a person. The limit applies at turnover of INR 10 crore and above (GSTN advisory, checked 23 Oct 2026).

How does the DPDP law change an automation?

It shapes what personal data a workflow may keep, and for how long. Core duties under the DPDP Rules 2025 phase in over about 18 months from November 2025, so data handling is part of each design.

Do you work with people elsewhere in India?

Yes, remotely. Todkett is based in Bangalore and works with learners across India and worldwide.

Which time zone do you work in?

IST, the same as Bangalore. Calls are booked in IST working hours.
