An open library of workflows you can copy, share and talk about
Todkett is an open library of automations you can copy, share and talk about, with every AI step marked and every test shown. You build in your own tool. Todkett is where you copy a tested one, show yours and ask.
Three ways to take part
- 01CopyRead and copy every workflow that carries the Stress tested badge. No account, no form.
- 02SubmitSend a workflow you built. A script checks it, a person reads it, and it is listed under your name.
- 03Ask or showAsk a question or show a build on GitHub Discussions, or write to us by form without a GitHub account.
Reading and copying need no account. Posting on GitHub needs a free GitHub account; the form is the other door.
01Tracks
A track opens at 3 workflows with the Stress tested badge
A track is a department page that has grown a learning path: the workflows to build first, in order. Below 3 live workflows it is a proposed track, and there is nothing to join yet.
9 tracks, 1 open. A workflow counts only when every one of its 8 checks has passed in a recorded run.

Proposed
One workflow lives in one track. When a track opens, its page shows the workflows to build first as stations on one line, and its own log by email once an email sender is live. Nothing here is a counter: the numbers are counted at build and written in sentences.
02Two shelves
Stress tested, or submitted with its checks not yet run
Every workflow in the library is on one of two shelves. There is nothing in between, and a submitted workflow is never shown as eight failures.
- Stress tested
- What it means
- Every one of the 8 checks passed in a recorded test run, or did not apply, within the last 90 days. The page shows the date of the last run.
- Where it shows
- A full page with the steps, the checks and the example; listed on its track and in the sitemap. Copy is free.
- Submitted, checks not yet run
- What it means
- A contributed workflow that passed the release check script and a person's read for sense. Nobody at Todkett has run the 8 checks on it yet.
- Where it shows
- One line on its track page and on the contribute page: the title, the contributor, the date, and a link to the exact version of the contributor's own file that was read. No page, no badge, no download from Todkett.
A full page for a contributed workflow takes the same weeks of testing as one of our own, so most submitted workflows stay on the second shelf for a long time. Todkett vouches for nothing it has not tested.
03Where people talk
GitHub Discussions, two categories, readable by anyone
Talk lives on GitHub, in the todkett organisation. Anyone can read it. Posting needs a free GitHub account; without one, the form is the other door.
The two categories
- Questions
Ask about a workflow, yours or ours. An answer that solves it is marked as the answer.
- Built it
Show a workflow you built from the library, in your own tool, with the run and not your data.
Not open yetOpens when the first workflow passes its checks. The two categories exist from the first day because GitHub needs one before anyone can post; each says “No posts yet” until then. No thread is opened ahead of a post, and the site never shows reply counts.
Every discussion starts from the discussions board, and the code of conduct is kept there in plain English.
The three rules of talk
- 01
Write your own words
Keep keys, customer names and personal data out of screenshots and files. A post written by a model without a person's editing is removed.
- 02
Name your connection
If you recommend a tool and you work for it, sell it or are paid by it, say so in the same post.
- 03
No pitching, no hiring posts
Questions and builds only. Offers of services, job posts and affiliate links are removed.
A post that breaks them is removed. Repeat offenders are blocked from the todkett organisation.
04The reply promise
A reply within 3 working days
One promise for every door, so there is one to keep and one to explain.
- The promise
- Todkett replies to every question, submission and report within 3 working days. The first reply to a submission may say only that it is in the queue for the weekly slot. We review this number at day 90.
- Who answers
- Nitin Sarkar, the only moderator at first, in a fixed weekly slot. A second moderator is named if the promise is missed.
- Report a workflow
- To report a workflow that is yours, unsafe or breaks the rules, write to hello@todkett.com. We acknowledge within 3 working days, delist the item while we check, and block repeat offenders from the todkett organisation. A listed file that is deleted or changed from the version we read is delisted.
- No GitHub account
- Write to us by form and we answer by email, in the same 3 working days.
05Later, maybe
A private, paid room does not exist yet
The one list in this phase. No date, no price, no feature list.
We may open a private, paid room for people who want weekly help with their builds. It does not exist yet. Leave your email and we will tell you if and when it opens, what it includes and what it costs.
Leave your email
There is no field here yet: nothing confirms an address until an email sender is live. Until then, write to hello@todkett.com with the subject “Waitlist”. Your address is used for that one message and nothing else.
