HR and Recruiting automation use cases

Your first job post can bring more applicants than you have time to read, and you are not a recruiter. Resumes arrive as PDF files, Word documents and images, and the same rules get applied differently on a busy day. The hiring workflows here help you read every application the same way.

Location rules run in code before any AI cost, so applicants outside the area are handled by a fixed rule. AI scores each readable resume against the role checklist and writes a reason. Unreadable files come to you. Decisions about people are regulated in some places, so each page says plainly where you sign off, and the human sign-off check stays open until a person approves every rejection.

What you can automate in HR and Recruiting

One workflow so far. Tell us the task you want to automate and it may be next.

Checks
Every workflow faces the same 8 checks. A check counts only when its test run is recorded; checks that do not apply are left out of the count. 2 checks are built into these designs and still wait for a recorded run. What we test
  1. Screen every job applicant against the role and get a scored shortlist

Starts when new applications arrive for a role. Ends with a scored shortlist, a written reason for each candidate, and unreadable files sent to a person.
