Can you automate meeting notes?
Yes, partly. We do not record meetings. Once your meeting tool or notetaker has a transcript, a workflow turns it into notes, tasks and CRM updates, and a person approves anything that leaves the team.

Set to Yes, partly. A workflow does the repeat work. A person approves the steps that matter before anything leaves the team.
What stays human in meeting notes
- Consent to record.
- What is shared beyond the meeting.
- Approving tasks and CRM changes.
- Sending anything.
Bring your version of the task to the call. Or send it in writing and you get a personal reply within 5 working days: yes, partly, or not worth automating, and how.
01Options
Ways to automate meeting notes
| Option | When it fits | The workflow or tool |
|---|---|---|
| 01Sales calls to a CRM update and follow-up draft | Your sales calls are recorded or noted, and the CRM falls behind. The update and the follow-up email wait for the rep to approve. | Sales call notes to CRM update and follow-upUse case |
| 02Team meetings to assigned tasks | Every call ends with promises nobody writes down. Each task gets an owner from the meeting and a due date, and the meeting owner approves the list. | No page yet. Ask about it on a call. |
| 03Voice notes and audio-only recordings | You have audio but no transcript. This needs a speech-to-text step first. | No page yet. Ask about it on a call. |

03Worked example
A worked example, in numbers
Example: 4 team meetings a week
Example values, not a measured result
- 01
Someone spends 15 minutes writing up notes and tasks after each meeting: 4 x 15 = 60 minutes a week.
- 02
With a draft task list from the transcript, approving it takes about 3 minutes: 4 x 3 = 12 minutes.
- 03
About 48 minutes a week back, and the meeting owner still approves every task.

06FAQ
Questions about meeting notes
Do you record our meetings?
No. We start from the transcript your meeting tool or notetaker already makes.
Can call notes update our CRM?
Yes, partly. A workflow turns sales call notes into a CRM update and a follow-up draft, and a person approves both.
Who handles consent to record?
You and your meeting tool. The workflow only reads transcripts that already exist.
Can it work from audio only?
Not yet. Audio needs a speech-to-text step first, which we have not added.
Can notes go to Notion or Slack?
That is the plan for the team meetings option: approved notes and tasks posted to your team chat or task tracker once the meeting owner approves them. It is not built yet.
How are made-up tasks caught?
Each task must quote the transcript line it came from, and a rule checks that the line exists. The owner must be someone who was in the meeting, and the date must make sense.
Which meetings are skipped?
Meetings marked private are skipped by rule, and the same meeting is never processed twice.
